Description

This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
Be the first to live in this brand new construction 2 bed 2.5 bath end unit townhouse in Goodlestville! Open concept floor plan with vinyl looking hardwood floors throughout the first floor. Spacious living room easily fits a large sectional and TV. The large kitchen has custom cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, range/stove, dishwasher, and microwave included), tons of counter and cabinet space, a large pantry, and a kitchen island that seats 2 - 3 people and a window over the sink facing the backyard/patio area. Off the kitchen is the laundry closet with side by side washer/dryer and adjacent to that is a 1st floor powder room. Off the kitchen is also a glass door leading to your large private patio which will eventually back to grass and trees (once the landscaping/construction is finished) as well as a locked built-in storage area. Best part is there are only neighbors on one side as this is an end unit so no neighbors on the other side!

Upstairs on the second floor are two huge bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms with tub/shower combos and each with large walk in closets. This floor plan is particularly great for roommates or the 2nd bedroom makes a fantastic guest room/office since it's so huge.

Property comes with several exterior parking spaces just right outside the front door as well as a covered front step. The front of the house was professionally landscaped with shrubs and flowers.

Fantastic location! Just minutes to 41, 31E or Hwy 65. Only a 20 minute drive to downtown Nashville or a 25 minute drive to the Nashville airport. Goodlestville is home to multi-year Little League World Series Champions. Amazing kids splash zone and playground at Peay Park. Miles of walking trails and a huge dog park at Moss Wright Park. Every day conveniences such as Target, Walmart, Home Depot, multiple grocery stores, Olive Garden and more nearby.

All tenants 18 years of age or over living in the home must have a minimum credit score of 675 and the total household income must be at least 3x the monthly rent (household income must total at least $5400 per month). No exceptions. Pets allowed with a $40 per month pet fee. Max of 2 cats or dogs. 1 year lease minimum. Available for immediate move in. "This little town is safe ❤️ I would easily spend my life here . Taxes are soaring and gentrification is taking over which is sad because the old Goodlettsville is down to earth. "

"This is an incredibly safe neighborhood. Not a lot of kids at all , which is sad because it would be perfect for old time bike gangs . What probably makes this an incredibly safe little town is the heavy law enforcement and in this area of Tennessee the taxes are going way up to drive the subcultures out .... and it’s working! "
