About this House

Beautiful like new condo in South Ogden in Brier Ridge. It is located on the south side of the complex overlooking the Weber Canyon, so the back yard is very private and quiet. It includes a garage and one parking spot next to the front door. There are two bedrooms upstairs and a full bathroom and washer and dryer hookups. Downstairs there is a half bath, dining room, kitchen and living room. Everything is clean and looks almost new.

Renter is responsable for Gas and electric bills. Owner will pay HOA fees and water and sewer and garabage, etc. No Smoking or Pets are allowed.

The new administration (2024-25 school year) is awesome. In my experience the faculty and teachers are phenomenal. Parental support is a little lukewarm overall but they have a great art teacher, a phenomenal choir program, and fun events throughout the year. I’ve sent three children here and all of them thrived.

"We have a firework show every year on the 4th of July called The Cul-De-Sac Of Fire with a potluck BBQ. It’s lots of fun for all types of ages (with exception of infants due to loud booms going on because of fireworks). "

"This area is currently under the watchful eye of law enforcement due to drug trafficking activity. Car accidents happen frequently. People also drive wrecklessly. All of Ogden and its surrounding areas are not safe."
