Bike paths going east, west and north make it easy to bike downtown or to the UW campus. If you prefer to take the bus, the neighborhood is served by several Madison Metro bus lines.

Are you into boating, swimming, fishing, or just sitting or walking by the lake? Morrison Park with lake access is a half-block away. Just down the street you'll find the Yahara River and Yahara Place Park.

There is a washer and dryer in the basement. Basement storage area available. Clothesline in backyard. Front porch available to all residents. Enjoy a fire pit in the backyard. Great neighbors. This is a non-smoking building. Pets are welcome! Pet fee is $40 per month for dogs, $25 per month for cats. On-street parking.

Available Aug. 1, 2026 for lease running through July 31, 2027. Rent is $1450 per month. Tenant also pays an additional $150 monthly utility fee to cover electricity, heat, hot water, and water and sewer. If you're interested in cleaning and lawn and snow care at the building, we offer a $50 per month credit. Security deposit of one month's rent is due when you sign the lease. We offer the convenience of online rent payment--set it and forget about it!
