It's a 5 minutes drive to Palmdale hospital, 15 minutes to Northrup, 8 minutes to Lockheed. Prioritize: traveling nurse, engineer, and intern.
-Share 2 daily clean bathrooms with other tenants.
-Daily house keeping in the common area. Robot to vacuum and clean the floor. You can also request floor mop by robot.
-In house washer/dryer
-Full kitchen
-Closet, microwave and minifridge included
-Free parking, exterior security system.
-House rule: No pet, no party, no smoking in the house, quiet hour: "10PM-7AM"
REQUIREMENT: 1.) Need to pass background check and no eviction history. 2) A 1 month security deposit.

Additional partner is $250/month
Rent is due the first of the month, late fee is $50/day, with maximum late days are 3 days.
No smoking in the house. There is designated smoking area in the backyard.
Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after themselves after cooking.
