Description

The studio is brand new. It is private and above a garage with 19 steps and 2 landings to enter. The front porch is private and allows space for a small chair and table. The interior is open, bright and well lit. The largest area street facing allows for a queen bed and dressers on one side and a living room space opposite.
The kitchen has full size appliances French door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave 4 burner stove and oven. A mini split will heat and cool the unit. The front of the studio faces Mt Diablo with a beautiful view fall through early spring.
The studio has one parking spot in front of the stairway.
The studio is in the Saranap neighborhood a quiet, walkable area in Walnut Creek with immediate access to Hwy 24, a mile walk to WC Bart and less than a mile walk to the center of downtown WC.
I would prefer a single tenant, but will consider 2 people if the fit is right. Non smoker, not negotiable.

Self- paid -for internet service.

Owner pays for electricity, water, sewer and trash up to a combined monthly allowance of $300. Any utility cost exceeding the monthly allowance will be the responsibility of the tenant.

    "Lots of people walk their dogs in neighborhoods. A handful of nice dog parks. Handful of open spaces with specific areas you can let your dog off leash. Unfortunately not everyone respects this rule so I’ve seen awful situations where some dogs are on leash and some are not. The dogs on leash are threatened because they’re leashed and bad situations arise. Also, many people don’t clean up after their dogs. Disrespectful and entitled people exist. This area is not immune to that. "
