Keys to multiple Lake Forest pools / amenities included. Half Mile Walk to DAPHNE HIGH SCHOOL. SAFE CUL DE SAC. BE PREPARED TO SIGN A TWO YEAR LEASE!

MINIMUM TWO YEAR LEASE. NO ALTERATIONS, painting etc. TENANT MUST MAINTAIN FRONT AND BACK YARD AND KEEP ROOF FREE OF DEBRIS / LEAVES. NO PETS. Maybe an outdoor cat, negotiable.
