About this House

Lovely older home in quiet established neighborhood. A great one level home with a large living room, spacious eat in kitchen with bar and new vinyl floor. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Notice the beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home. All windows have been replaced with new vinyl and insulated ones. The roof and heat/air unit was replaced in 2004. A large deck is off of the kitchen area. There is a patio area to the side of the house off of the two car carport. The large utility room has a freezer that will stay. All the appliances including the refrigerator(AS IS) washer and dryer remain. The house is very well built. The kitchen and 2 baths do need to be upgraded.
