I'm renting the ground level of my home on Sugarloaf Mountain and looking for a quiet, respectful female roommate or potentially two roommates to share our mountain home. Another mom or someone who enjoys a family-friendly home would be a great fit.

The ground level has two bedrooms, a full living room, private bathroom with bathtub, private entrance, and walk-out deck. We share a full kitchen and laundry room with washer/dryer.

Amazing location:

 20 minutes to Boulder
 23 minutes to Nederland
 33 minutes to Eldora
 2.4 miles to Betasso Preserve
 2 miles to Sugarloaf Mountain Trailhead and Switzerland Trail
 Hiking trails in Roosevelt National Forest directly across the street

My 3-year-old son, two golden retrievers, and cat Winston live upstairs. We are social and active but also busy during the week, and the house tends to be quieter when my son is with his dad.

The property also has a large garage with storage, outdoor parking, high-speed internet, and a generator for extended power outages.

$1,500/month + utilities (negotiable)

Utilities include electric, wood for the stove, and $25/month for internet.

Mountain living means snow, so a reliable vehicle with good snow tires, AWD, or 4WD is recommended.

    "I have lived in North Boulder for 30 years- Wonderland Hills and Dakota Ridge, it has always felt safe here. My children attended Boulder Public Schools, I give the schools an A+! We live a convenient short distance to restaurants, grocery stores, schools, and shopping, ...friends hang out at our house and tell me I’m a great baker of Chocolate Chip Cookies! I love to send them home with cookies or fresh dough to bake cookies with their own families! You should bring your kids to our house on Halloween, what a treat! I walk to Pearl Street by way of Foothills Trail, through beautiful neighborhoods apple orchards, Mt. Sanitas and am fascinated by the rock formations. I bicycle many days a week and many miles, such a perfect location to start from and end up! It’s a family and friends tradition to do the Bolder Boulder on the Monday of Memorial Day weekend, so fun! I have been taking it easy for a while due to some physical injuries, but continue to build up my strength and stamina walking my dog, climbing and hiking - I get a great workout! Here’s a tidbit!
