"there be a lot of party's going with all the Drake students living in the area that I live it's a lot worse during Drake relay's which are in April and there be a lot of people in the neighborhood no where to park and traffic is really bad"

"It’s pretty quiet around the neighborhood all week til Friday night and the weekends. Bus routes are near by, there’s also a few restaurants around and fast food joints but besides grocery stores you’re gonna have drive far to shop. "

"The Drake neighborhood is very diverse. There are college students, young professionals, middle-aged professionals and retirees. People are out walking dogs at all times of day. I would be cautious going out after dark, but that's anywhere in the city."
