"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for almost 3 years and it’s pretty quiet and clean. Only thing that really annoys me would be the traffic in front of my complex between 3pm and 5pm especially during the school year. "

"This neighborhood is located near Marshall middle school so most of the surrounding families are families with kiddos. There’s a busy main street but people are pretty cognizant of how fast to drive and watch out for pedestrians. I would never suggest kids being outside alone for any neighborhood without some level of supervision. "

"Lots of traffic between 9am 1pm and 3pm and 5pm Busy roadway in all directions. Don't like the commute if Ihave to go cross town.I don't like waiting in traffic"

"I've been living in this neighborhood gor 10 years and haveseen my neighbors come and go. I love this area . some day I hope to buy a home on this area. My neighbors have and always been friendly. The area is some what quite."

"Beaumont isn't as safe as it use to be. Once the kids are out of school for the summer the robbery rate goes way up. "

"I live in this neighborhood. There is a public library right night door and directly next to it is a very lively park with playground, walking track, lighted tennis courts, and community center available for rent. Great for families. Grocery stores, public schools, gas station, banks, Vet, less than 5 minutes away!"
