This is a great opportunity to be a block from it all: the Beach, Award Winning Restaurants within walking distance of Belmont Shore, Downtown Long Beach, Art Museums, The Aquarium, and plenty more. There is the ease of getting to many of our major freeways for work or quickly out of town (fwys: 405, 605, 710).

*Proof of Renters Insurance is required upon move-in

Qualifications:

1. Applicant should not pose a risk of harm to the rental property or others
2. Monthly household Income must be at least two and half (2.5) times the monthly rent
3. One Year of verifiable employment and rental history
4. Will not accept collections, judgements, or evictions from previous landlord(s)
5. Clear Copies of a Government photo issued ID AND Social Security or ITIN AND Proof of income (minimum 3 most current paystubs)
6. Credit FICO score of 660 or higher
7. $50 money order or cashier's check payable to Berro Management for the Application Fee per Adult
8. Co-signers are only accepted for Full-time students (Co-signers must make four (4) times the monthly rent)
