Beautiful house in the sought-after Yuma Foothills, close to mountains, trails, grocery stores etc. Gorgeous views of the mountains sunrises sunsets on almost 1/4 acre of land. Quiet short Cul d sac street in a very friendly neighborhood. It's a short drive to the Colorado River and off-road trails. There is an extra RV hookup on property and plenty of land to park off-road vehicles and boats.

I typically do a month to month contract however you may stay for years if you'd like. Washer and dryer on property. No smoking, no dogs who are not house broken. No crazy parties but of course can have gatherings, BBQ's etc. There is a fire pit and BBQ and pretty cacti gardens

I'm pretty sure there's at least one on every block. I have been clean for years but it makes me cringe when I see someone who looks messed up. it's like I want better for the person. other than all of that, this is a pretty quiet neighborhood."
