Ceiling fans in both the dining area and bedroom for those days or nights when you do not want or need central air.

This is a completely smoke free community of privately owned condominiums. Top floor condo overlooking the landscaped and quiet courtyard. The double wide hall closet, with extra storage above, could be double barred to provide nearly 14' of space to hang clothes in addition to the double barred closet in the bedroom (I am happy to add the second bar).

The laundry facility is steps away but not too close. It is clean and furbished with newer commercial grade large capacity front loading machines. No more coins just load the app on your phone and pay via your device.

Qualified applicant(s) signing a lease with a start date of April 1st, 2024 or earlier will be approved for a reduced security deposit of $500.00.

A well-trained dog of up to 25 pounds or a cat would be considered subject to a reasonable pet deposit/cleaning fee.

The condo's are wired for both Charter and Verizon Fios.

Owner pays for water and trash. The City of Long Beach makes two pickups each week and has billed the landlord for one of those pickups and the resident for the other. I do not know if this is still their practice.
