"There are not enough parks within neighborhoods. It’s okay for just walking your dog, but it would be nice if there were more areas for them to be off a leash and play."
  • Jeremy Lothrop
"I’m not aware of any neighborhood events. The schools are within the neighborhood which is nice. There is too much traffic."
  • Jeremy Lothrop

  • Pykbwj6gxw
"It’s important for people to know that there are a lot of stray cats & dogs here. If you’re an animal lover that might be a little hard for you to see. "

  • Lexy L.
"All dogs are on leashes and there are a lot of places to walk your dog. There is also a dog park for your dogs to run and play."
  • Tamaramadie
"This is a safe neighborhood but not a lot of kids out playing or a sense of community. People live fairly isolated"
  • Jessicagrout
"The amount of stray dogs is not only depressing, but dangerous since they are often large breeds. People drive through residential streets at ridiculous speeds. My particular neighborhood is unique because it’s a bunch of townhomes that all look the same."
  • Jessicagrout
"Gun shots. Weird people watching everything you do. People let their dogs run wild. A lot of stray, large breed dogs making it dangerous to walk outside. There are no good stores here. There’s not even a 7-11. You have to drive an hour to go to Trader Joe’s. Almost none of the homes here have pools. The only thing the city has going for it is one luxury movie theater, but they refuse to sell tickets on Fandango."
  • Lisanvinny
"Everyone looks out for one another. A very respectful neighborhood. The houses are well kept, the lawns look great and kids play in each others yard. We all get a long fine."
  • Lisanvinny
"I was the first person to move here in 2008, I’ve met a lot of good people. The neighborhood is one of the best in Tulare!"
  • northee
"Area has modest homes on large lots and close to elementary, junior high, and high schools. Walk to downtown, gym, library, wal-mart and target, home depot and Lowe's. Even an movie theatre and outlet mall is close by."
