 Free parking is permitted in the driveway or street directly in front of the house.
 There is gated RV parking for an extra fee.
 The lease can be for 30 days or up to 18 months.
Housekeeping service is optional twice per month for $140 per cleaning.
 Landlord may access the house to change the air filter once per month.
 Landlord is responsible for landscaping and lawn maintenance.
 The washer/dryer are located in the garage on the property.
There is an extra freezer in the garage for the tenets' use.
 There is a mini fridge located in the screen house for the tenets' use.
 NO more than six people are allowed to stay in the house.
