"My family has owned this home since 1964. There is not a better place to live or a more convenient area in DFW. Minutes away from 635, 35, 75 and the tollway. Parks everywhere, Farmers Branch has one of the lowest violent crime rates in America. Thefts show higher than average but if you look at where these take place its apartment complexs and cars parked in the street. Since 1964 we have and nothing solen from an auto or property. The school options are fantastic. I graduates 2 daughter from DISD, one is in the PHD program at UT and the other will soon be working on her Masters at the Univ of Florida. The neighbors are the best part of this property. Addison is about 2 miles from this property and it is 3 block from Brookhaven Country Club."
