8. We have a pool for an extra $100 a month to use.
9. Provide your own furniture & bed
10. 850 a month plus deposit. Background check included.
11. 6 month lease or 12 months. Contract will be signed upon movie.
12. No parties, no extra person staying over,
13. Will follow all rules in the contract.
14. Will be provided a key to come in and leave.
15. Home safety, Respect, and drama free environment.
16. If all this sounds fine and interested feel free to reach out. We don't expect you to be Christian but understand that we are.. all I ask for is responsibility and act normal.
17. You have a huge double closet for extra space and another closet and storage in your own bathroom.
Criminal background check will be checked on everyone.
I will accept a 6 months term or a 12 months term. If you leave before then the contract is broken. The room must be clean the same way given no holes on the walls anything broken will be a charge.
