Description

Custom made home with a lot of quality and care in picking out everything for this home. Top of the line appliances in the kitchen with Jenn -Aire and LG. Front loading brand new washer and dryer the brand is LG as well. Corian counter tops and sinks in the kitchen, baths and hallway. Custom made maple cabinets throughout the home. Master bath has a standing shower and a Jacuzzi 7 ft tub. The carpeting is top of the line with the best pad money could buy underneath it. I love to go barefoot so this was very important to me. No regular door knobs here, all knobs are levers/handles style, easy turn. We have easy open handles on every door. Every handle is brushed nickel as is every thing else in the home you see. Faucets are brushed nickel, shower heads, lights and door jam pieces. It all coordinates.
The home and garage has a maintenance free very expensive metal roof. We also have gutters on our home.
Our well is a little over 220 feet and we have the best water and water pressure. We installed a water system in our garage. A softener and a iron filter. Gardner installed this for us and maintains this for us. It works great and we have the best water! The best drinking water!!!
Dining room, living room, breakfast nook and a large foyer. Front porch is covered and wrapped around front of home. Back porch is covered and entrance through the breakfast nook for BBQ's.
We have a custom made 250x150 roping arena. All galvanized paneling. Fully loaded with an automatic Tarter roping box. Push button assist, solar powered. The arena has lights for our night time riding.
Cattle alleyway. Cattle pens outside the arena. We installed Ritchie Automatic heated waterers for the cattle.
Our Custom made barn is 40x60 feet all metal. It is a 10 stall Metal barn with a 16 foot breezeway in the center. You can park your tractor in there. Or we can park our Dodge dually and our gooseneck live in 4 horse slant load trailer that is a total of 38 feet long. Very high roof for ventilation. The interior and exterior panels and runs we made for the horses allow them to go in and out of the barn in their individual stalls. The stalls have mounted floor large corner feeders with 2 individual feeders in the top for grain and salt blocks. They each have automatic Ritchie heated waterers! One stall is modeled into a room for tack and saddles. One stall modeled into turned a work bench area and Vet supply’s area. Our refrigerator in in there too.
We installed a lot of lights in the barn and outside of the barn. It lights up like the 4th of July!!!
Fully fenced in 20 acres with a Custom Black Rod Iron automatic gate at the front drive. Two team ropers roping a steer greet you on the gate! The front gate is solar powered and is operated by a standing keypad outside the gate or by remotes.
The property is on a hill and it has great views! It is very quiet out here and we love living the life we do here.

    "we live in the neighborhood... quite and semi rural people are respectful of each other. One of the few neighborhoods that are not blighted with trash left on property. Only negative I can say, have landscaping done to please you and plant lots of trees for wind breaks. It can get windy from 0-25 mph with wind gusts as high as 65 mph.. mostly during approaching weather systems, but if no trees on property, start planting them to support not only landscaping but avert mother nature too.
