Only cats and dogs are permitted.

Service animals and emotional support animals are exempt from all fees and deposits.

Tenant responsible for: Minor maintenance (light bulbs, filters, small repairs)
Landlord responsible for: Structural repairs, plumbing, electrical, major systems

Early termination allowed with written notice and payment of rent until unit is re-rented
