About this House

This is a partly furnished 3 bedroom 1 bath daylight walkout lower level of the house. It was used as a vacation rental but has been a full time rental for 4 years now. Some of the furniture is still in the rental but the beds and some furniture are in storage and can be used if needed. The pictures and furniture are from when it was a vacation rental, we no longer have the pool table or elliptical. If you prefer your own furniture we can remove some or all of the furnishings or put the stored furniture back. The rental price listed does not include utilities but the total fixed utilities cost is $250 for a total rent of $2600 which makes this 3 bedroom rental much more affordable than if you had to get and pay for all the services. This includes Starlink internet, electric, gas, water, sewer, and garbage. All maintenance, mowing, plowing is done by the owner. It is the lower level of the house with completely private entrance and private parking and has a full kitchen with new washer/dryer/dishwasher/new gas range and refrigerator. The floor is heated cement with area rugs so it is very comfortable in the winter and cool in the summer and easy to clean. There is a stand up A/C unit available but it has never been needed. There is a large covered patio with furniture and a Weber bbq. The patio leads to the large beautifully maintained back yard and fire pit and back meadow view. There is a storage shed available for our tenants. We have lots of wildlife, deer, occasional bear, a family of foxes, and lots of birds. The owners do live upstairs. It is separated by a locked stairway. Located on 10 acres it is very private but is close to Whitefish and Kalispell for convenient shopping and work and skiing. There is private parking for 2-3 vehicles.

All utilities including internet are paid by owner. Lawn care and snow removal are provided. There is a large parking area for tenants. We only ask that you shovel and sand your walkway in the winter. We will provide sand and salt if needed. My wife and I do live upstairs. There is some noise transfer but we have never had any complaints. It is non smoking. We prefer a 1 year lease but may consider other shorter terms on request.
