"We have lived in this area for three years, and now that we have to move and are looking for housing in another state, we realize what a great deal this neighborhood is! My husband worked at UAB and was able to get there everyday, in 20 minutes without having to fight ANY traffic or take any major roads! We were close to the new Eastwood shopping area, had easy, quick access to I-459 and I-20 (less than 10 min to the Summit and 280), and also less than 10 min to Crestline Village for shopping, eating, and entertainment. Great, great, great house size for the $$. We're having a hard time finding anything comparable elsewhere, but have to move for job reasons. "
