"I have lived in Rio Villa for sixteen years (2026). I live on Rio Palma South and each morning and late evening, I can hear the ocean from my backyard. It is a dog, bike and walking friendly community making it easy to meet people. Just a short bike ride and you are at Paradise Beach which has a year around lifeguard, white sand, a pavilion, restrooms, playground and food truck. "
