The house is 1329 E. Allen St, which runs east off Sheridan Dr; the Huffer-Durdin neighborhood, which is really nice and very family and pet friendly. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The finished basement is a great space that makes a wonderful (master) bedroom- it has a full bath with a large walk-in closet; and an attached TV room. Large utility room also in basement. Upstairs the Living room has a gas fueled fire place; full bathroom with tiled tub and shower in which we just updated the hardware; carpeted dining room; large kitchen with ample cabinets and updated open shelving pantry space. Glass enclosed brick back patio has a sky light and is large enough to host parties.
The shed in the backyard is one year old, the path to it is gravel. There is some incomplete fencing around a little garden area at the very back of the yard. We see a lot of deer in this neighborhood!
A note about the play set in the backyard: if you want that it’s only one year old and set on rubber mulch. If you’re not interested in having it we would be interested in taking it with us and would reseed that part of the yard for buyer.

This area isn't to bad but I would nit recommend my apartments to anyone. They are invested with drugs, bugs and and slum lords. But the houses and area around are very decent."

    "I’ve lived in this area from birth until 19 or 20 I moved away for about 15 years maybe a few more growing up it was a safe area neighbors friendly could leave your door unlocked I would not really be able to say the same now as most of small town USA it has been taken over by drug pushers and users this area is known for methamphetamine use and manufacturing wish it was how I remember it growing up but I still wouldn’t say it’s the worst area it’s just not as wholesome as it once was"
