Overnight visitors other than those accounted for in the booking agreement are not permitted; unauthorized guests will incur a $200 fee plus $50 per person. Parties are prohibited. Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or anywhere on the property. There is no grill at this property. Please turn off the electric fireplace when leaving the property. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper; feminine products or other products will result in plumbing repair charges. Trash must be bagged and placed into the city garbage bin; failure to do so will result in a $25 charge. Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking community areas, entrances, parking areas, or other exterior spaces which record audio and video. All devices are located outside of the residence.
