This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is in a perfect downtown location, right above Hot Mama's, short distance to Kiva Grocery Store, Eugene Public Library, Falling Sky Brewery and Level Up Barcade. A few blocks to many downtown shops and restaurants, and convenient access to bus line and bike lane down E. 13th to U of O campus.

Unit has many windows which lets in an abundance of natural light. One off-street parking spot in the parking lot behind building (off Lawrence alley). Parking is not assigned, but the parking is first come first serve to all tenants of the buildings (1326 Lawrence, 430/432 W 13th) with a parking pass. On-site laundry. No yard.

Tenant(s) will need to put electricity in name. Flat rate of $75 will be billed for water/sewer/storm/garbage to tenant portal each month.

1 small dog/cat OK w/$300 addt'l deposit +$25/mo pet rent
