There is a movable Island with storage, and an eating area along with bar stools.
Your full bathroom has plenty of storage a shower and a tub.
The entry way is via your own private upstairs over looking a green and quite garden.

You pay $100 utilities a month.

 Security Deposit of $2250 due on signing of lease agreement.

Pet deposit non refundable $250.00

Plus first month's rent:

1. $2250 month for 12-month lease


2. $2200/month for 18-month lease
