"Great beach with facilities across the street. GREAT Satellite Beach High School. Low traffic, no crime, friendly folk. We moved here 2 years ago and we love it. Martesia in particular is very well maintained and has no cut through street causing traffic. Walkable to restaurants and Starbucks. Indian Harbour Beach local government is well run and has little debt as compared to other localities. 15 minutes to international airport!"

"Indian Harbour Beach Florida is by far, the cleanest, safest and most exclusive City in Brevard County Florida. A rated schools and the people are very friendly. You would be hard pressed to find a better place any where in Florida to live. Come take a look what this city has to offer and you will not want to leave. "
