Covington address but Mandeville Schools! 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, super spacious, fireplace, large back yard , large eat in kitchen, Din/Living room. All bedrooms are upstairs, power room downstairs for guest. Large master and two small bedrooms. The master has two closets, and has a separate dressing/vanity area. No carpet. Property is ready for move. No online applications will be accepted we have our own. Call for more info and to set up your appointment. Call between 9am-5pm. NO ONLINE APPLICATIONS.

We prefer a one year lease but for an additional $50.00 each month we will consider a 6 month lease.

New people, new attitudes, new accents, and covington grew into a concrete jungle. I live in the north rural part of Covington. It was a quiet town, but it seemed as if everyone knew on another or a family member etc. Parents: the schools are ridiculous now. They do not teach cursive writing in school anymore... I suggest homeschooling your children or sending them to a private school. "
