About this House

AMAZING FIND!!! Home with over 5 acres fully fenced and close to town (a/b 12 min. to Hwy 123 in Easley for shopping/ dining, a/b 15 min. to downtown Greenville), this home has it all. Solar powered motorized gate at drive way entrance with plenty of parking offers privacy and security. Drive way continues to the HUGE detached building w/ even more parking where you will find plenty of room for all of your toys (boat, RV, etc.). Relax on your rocking chair front porch w/ beautiful views of the meticulously landscaped front yard. Entering the home, you are greeted by vaulted ceilings & a river rock fireplace (gas logs). Step down from the entryway into your very large den with room for a huge TV & over sized furnishings. The house has a split floor plan w/ the master on one side & 3 bedrooms that share a full bathroom on the other. Master includes a walk in closet, full bathroom w/ dual sinks. Adjacent to the Master is a small bonus room which the current owners use as a home office. This room also provides direct access to the covered back porch w/ a metal roof. You'll find the walk in laundry room conveniently located right outside the master bedroom as well as a coat closet and linen closet. Opposite the den is a wide hallway and breakfast area semi open to the sun room that extends along the back of the home & is lined with windows. The sun room has a beautiful new tile floor & offers exterior access on each end. The spacious Kitchen has plenty of cabinets plus a pantry. The current stove/ oven is electric, but a gas line is already in place if a gas range is what you desire. Stainless Steel Kenmore Refrigerator & dishwasher purchased in 2015 will convey. The Kitchen floor is ceramic tile & matches the tile back splash. The sink & laminate counter tops are also fairly new. Off the kitchen you'll find a hallway w/ new LED recessed lighting, 3 bedrooms (each w/ spacious closets), & a full bath w/ custom built-in shelving. Both bathrooms have been recently renovated w/ new tile floors, shower inserts, light fixtures, toilets & sinks. All of the laminate flooring in this part of the house is new. The covered back porch gives way to an open 2 level deck overlooking the fenced pasture & the 30 ft. above ground pool (installed in Feb 2015 w/ new motor in 2019). The stairs continue down providing access to the yard, yet another covered outside sitting area & the finished basement room (exterior access only). The current owners use this room as a home gym (possible 5th bedroom/ bonus). Follow the path from the back porch to the detached building. One side of the building has been enclosed & finished w/ carpet & your 3rd full bath w/ a second option for laundry. This "apartment" or possible in-law suite has it's own HVAC & water heater. The rest of the building is mostly insulated w/ a loft area for storage, LED lighting, & epoxy flooring. A roll up garage door on the back side provides access to a covered area that spans the width of the building w/ 3 open air bays. No matter what your hobbies are, you will be impressed with the possibilities of this building & the amount of storage. There is no zoning or restrictions, & it is considered rural by the USDA. The main HVAC unit to the home was replaced in 2015 & the roof was just replaced in summer 2018 w/ architectural shingles. The septic was pumped recently and new drain field added in 2020. Motivated sellers have priced this property to sell, and are including a home warranty for added peace of mind. This is a must see property for the family that plays outside as much as inside. "Lots of dog walkers, friendly neighbors! People are good about picking up dog poop-thankfully! Good mile loop and crossover to neighborhood across Brushy Creek which allows for 2.5 mile loop. "
  • Plagarenne
"No dog parks, dogs generally not welcomed warmly, many people upset if a dog goes to the bathroom on their yard even if owner picks up after their dog"
  • Zack
"I think theyโ€™d like it fine. You see people out walking their dogs around the neighborhood. And with the newer neighborhood thatโ€™s kind of attached to ours now, thereโ€™s a walk path back there to go on."
  • Jennifer.mcglon
"Neighbors walk their dogs. Itโ€™s a safe and welcoming area. A park within walking distance with a bike path is lovely. We enjoy living here."
  • Jennifer.mcglon
"Quiet little neighborhood but is growing nearby with many young families moving in! Neighbors get together."
  • Jennifer.mcglon
"Longer than average, but little traffic and a beautiful drive. Having moved from a major metro, I appreciate not being in bumper to bumper traffic full of angry drivers."
  • Prodemand2
"I think this is a great place to live and raise a family . My son lived here and we are visiting from NJ and have been here for nearly a month "
  • osborne.msalice
"Itโ€™s old and original. I like that most of the area is not a development. The only thing itโ€™s missing is sidewalks. "
  • Jillian Elizabeth hooper
"To know where and what there child is doing at all times exspecially when there young !! And is as parents need to step it up too !!"
  • Kathy Alldredge
"Dogs arenโ€™t leashed typically. They are frequently loose and running around. This makes walking a dog more difficult."
  • Knhwhitney
"Beautiful downtown areas. Lots of events to go to. Amazing food places. Lots of childrenโ€™s parks and everyone is very friendly."
  • Presley H.
"Houses are pretty close together so if you have a dog that barks a lot, neighbors may get upset by the noise."
  • George S.
"It's right in amongst the city so its centrally located. Not bad commute. Maybe about 12 minutes to leave the city from any side of the house. "
  • Spequeno1
"Many of the children actually spend time playing outside instead of staying in all the time on their computers. It's good to see them enjoying each other, interacting."
  • Jessy G.
"I donโ€™t have children. I would assume it is a safe place to raise kids. I think the schools in the area are good "
  • Swalz
"Great area. Wyatt Oaks is a safe and quiet area. Friendly people and nice houses. Big yards. Been here 18 years and never had a problem. The schools are great and there are many great places to eat, not far from all kinds of shopping and I-85. Atlanta is about 2.5 hours away and Greenville is about 15 minutes! Lots of great things to do!"
  • Kayleemiller680
"I live on a street with a huge yard. Itโ€™s about 10 acres. My dog loves it so much. He loves seeing and chasing wildlife. He also enjoys adventures in the woods. Itโ€™s perfect. "

  • Localolo
"I live outside a neighborhood on a very busy street. Would NOT recommend it where we live. Other neighborhoods seems like a good area for this though."
  • Localolo
"Great community. The schools are wonderful and technology/Facebook has allowed us all to reach out to each other with and questions we have."
  • Kennecook8585
" 5his neighborhood is a holding pattern for Forest Lawn. One can get in a wheelchair or walker and roll down the hill to Easley Baptist Hospital."
  • JP
"ASD1 has good schools and a tight knit community. The area is growing quickly and developing so classrooms will either get overcrowded or they will need to expand the buildings. Limited parks and recreation compared to Simpsonville. "
  • Localolo
"I drive 40 mins to work in Greenville . I am not aware of the closest public transit line. I have not seen a city bus or trolley."
  • Joel M.
"Easley, is the perfect town for growing families . Pretty good school systems and parks . Location is just centered of downtown GVL and Clemson , with plenty of shopping nearby . "
  • Stephanie H.
"The best thing I think Easley has that is unique is the Doodle trail... thatโ€™s about it... everything else is crowded and what youโ€™d find anywhere else."
  • Ashley
"Iโ€™ve lived in this community for 3 years. Most people want to keep it nice but there are a few that do not. Their yards are a mess and houses could definitely be kept up. Lots of loose cats and dogs which gets annoying. And some kids are rowdy."
  • Latrice
"Friendly neighborhood, quiet, convenient location, kid friendly, pet friendly, affordable. I have only been here for a year but itโ€™s been a pretty good year here. "
  • Gtate9105
"Everyone is friendly and it is a good environment to raise kids in. Lots of nature and beautiful scenery everywhere."
  • Nannylou1956
