The unit is separate from the main house and has its own entry door to the side and patio area. Unit includes Oven, microwave, stove, fridge, dishwasher, TV and full laundry room. Unit is fully furnished with a double bed, dresser and desk/table. Lots of storage also available in the garage for bicycles or other items. Unit only shares the Laundry Room with the main house (unit is located behind the garage) which is attached to the unit and separate from the house. Unit also has a closet. Parking is provided via a dedicated 2-car driveway and also available on the street. House is very close to everything in Tempe and would be perfect for a studious person attending ASU. Unit is only single occupancy. The main house is rented separately and both parties will need to meet and agree to proceed together once agreed to rent .
