Welcome to Venice! We have a beautiful studio for rent, just steps from Abbott Kinney. Fair warning: Salt & Straw is super close and highly tempting! A walk to the beach is a quick 10 minutes and takes you either through world-famous Windward Circle or to the Venice/Santa Monica boarder. Enjoy the skate park, boardwalk, Muscle Beach, and all the excitement Venice has to offer while staying within blocks of home.

Or stay home and enjoy the filtered sunlight and beach breeze in your own detached building with kitchenette and adjacent half bath. All utilities are included, including WiFi and the use of the washing machine.

The shared outdoor area is cozy and comfortable with plants, trees, twinkle lights, and artsy happy vibes. The shower (which is in the main house) has a custom interior and is perfect for taking a relaxing bubble bath after a long week at work or in classes.

Our home environment is a lovely family vibe that would be perfect for someone who loves their own space but appreciates a family feeling while around others. This environment is peaceful, clean, and tidy, free from artificial scents and perfumes. We are cannabis-friendly.

We are asking $1800 per month for stays as short as 2 months. Shorter stays are $2000/mo or $600/wk. First and last month's rent are required upon move-in.
