This gorgeous duplex is across the street from a beautiful Park. The neighbors are all fantastic older people in a very beautiful historic area of Sanford.

This 3/1.5 has a large dining room and separating kitchen area , large family room, with a pretty big master bedroom.

It comes with a laundry room but no washer and dryer

This is a very peaceful area so we're very picky about who goes in there, prefer non-smokers and a pet is okay but does require additional deposits

The tenant just moved out today and it will take us about a week to get this looking just the way we want it with a complete new paint job inside and we're considering a very unusual high-end floor for the family room. Feel free to call to discuss or set up time to look most of our units are rented before they're ready
