Brand new triple pane windows, fully insulated, new draperies throughout, the kitchen includes new fridge and stove. Lots of closet space.
Washer and dryer hook-ups in your space and there is currently washer and dryer that you may use.
Space for gardening in the yard. Community garden is only blocks away.
Cats are welcome with pet deposit.
Smoking OK outside only on covered front porch or in the yard.
There is free off-street parking available directly in front of the home
Includes Trash/Recycling
Eweb bill shared 50/50
Must have verifiable income and pass background check ($12.50 per person fee with application).
Total Gross Monthly Income should equal or exceed 3 times the stated rent.
Available October 15th (may possibly be ready earlier). First and last month's rent and deposit required.

    "I live close to the bike path. A lot of druggie/homeless persons in the area. My car has been broken into, my bike was stolen off the second story balcony. Neighbors for the most part ok. But others are in your personal business. "

    "The bike/walking path is convenient to walk dogs, bike, shorten your walking route. Some areas of the walking path are occupied by the transient community, but I have not had any problems with them personally. "

    "I have lived in the Westmoreland area for 2.5 years and I love it! It's quiet, which is my favorite part. 18th is busy, but once you get about a block away, the noise isn't bad. I walk around the neighborhoods nearby a lot with my dog, even in the dark. I feel safe and a lot of the people are very friendly. You can feel secluded, or you can take a quick walk to the store or a restaurant a few minuets away by car. Most properties are well kept and a few even decorate for the holidays."
