All cabinet knobs are ceramic and custom ordered, In the Garden room a built in entertainment area, In both the garden and dining room, lighted ceiling fans. I had the windows enlarged, I love light and looking out at my surroundings. Utility room & computer niche with a built in desk. The two guest bedrooms are at one end of the house, One decorated for company, The other decorated in bright colors with a "Nemo" theme for children. The guest bathroom is next to the bedrooms. The master bed & bath, which is at the other end of the house has got to be seen to be believed. Two door walk in closet, Lighted ceiling fan above. The bathroom? Take your pick, roman tub or shower. His & Her vanity. Furniture is negotiable, including window treatments and bedding. On "4" lots, Each 50'x 120'. 113,119,125,and 131 Front Street. If you go to the street view map, It shows a brown doublewide on one of the lots, That information needs to be updated. That was my daughter's & it is no longer there. Just the main house and the" FOUR" lots. If you go to the street view, the home occupies approximately 2 and 1/2 of the lots. The other lot and a half has all the hook-ups, power, water, sewer and phone. You could put in another home and rent it, build a business or put in an RV for overnight guests, The possibilities are endless. The much advertised Newmont gold project, The Long Canyon Mine, is just down the road, scheduled to be up & running by 2014. They are predicting it to be 2 to 3 times bigger than the Carlin trend. This will bring a boom to the area, raising house prices & values, and also available jobs which will bring in people looking for work & housing. All this information can be verified, Go to the Newmont site and type in Long Canyon Project. My home is the only home in Montello with "4" lots directly on the main hwy which is Hwy 233, which as it goes through town becomes Front Street. If nothing else, It is a tremendous investment. But to me, It is a home, I am only leaving due to health issues, a lot of time & love went into decorating this home, I hope somebody will love it as much as I do..... Truly a" Home On The Range"

West Wendover offers an outstanding intervention program, after school tutuoring and we just received the Gear Up Grant for our 7th grade students. The school cares about my child and the other children in the school. West Wendover has the returning AA state boys basketball champions. FBLA, FCCLA and Skills compete and win at both the state and national level. The academic olympic team is very competitive at the county and state levels.
