Upscale furniture, 2 car garage, propane fireplace, and only 100 steps from the Marginal Way. The bedroom has a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The large living room with an upscale sectional sofa has beautiful ocean views and is an open concept to the kitchen. Perkins Cove and Little Beach are a short 2/10 of a mile away in either direction. $2500.00 includes utilities and heat.

The first month's rent is due upon signing the lease. Security and last month's rent are due just before the move-in date. The home is heated by propane with a new heating system and is included in your rent. You are responsible for trash and snow removal. You may choose to do the snow removal yourself or we can help you secure snow removal from our current company.
