If you love to eat out, there are many places to eat close by. Sundance Ski Resort is just 30 minutes away. Salt Lake International airport is a 45 minute drive north. It's just the place to call home.

Tenant is responsible for the utilities (water, garbage, electricity, gas etc) bills and internet. Also keeping the yard clean and tidy.
Rent is $2500 with a $2500 security deposit. First month's rent is prorated to the day you move in. One year contract. No smoking and no pets.
