My two sons and daughter went through this school 5-8, the first year is very separated and introduces them slowly into middle school. After that they gain maturity and build great connections with their WIN teachers. -I love that part! The teachers are very engaged with students and parents and my kids even had a handshake with a few of them. The community there is great from what my sons and daughter tell me, lots of friends from different backgrounds.

Pearl S Buck Elementary is a wonderful school that genuinely cares for its children and their growth. I have seen growth in both of my children not only academically but socially. One child has moved on to middle school and has achieved honor roll every marking period and can work independently. I believe my child's achievements have a lot to do with what this school has ingrained in my child. Dealing with Covid I was very hesitant about having my children in school but, they are taking every step possible to make sure our children are protected while getting an education that is so vital.

The Neshaminy School District has faced numerous criticisms over the years for various reasons. Many parents and students feel that the district often implements policies that make the educational experience more challenging than necessary. For instance, the district's stringent academic standards and high-stakes testing can create an overwhelming amount of pressure on students, leading to increased stress and anxiety. Additionally, some have pointed out that the resources and support available to students are not evenly distributed, with certain schools receiving more attention and funding than others. This disparity can create an uneven playing field, making it difficult for all students to succeed equally. Furthermore, there have been complaints about the lack of communication between the administration and the community, with decisions being made without adequate input from those affected. All these factors contribute to a perception that the Neshaminy School District is more focused on maintaining a strict, high-pressure environment rather than fostering a supportive and inclusive educational experience.
