1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment for rent on Broad Avenue in Findlay. This is a one-story complex directly across the street from Findlay High School, situated just one minute from I-75 and within walking distance of Trenton Avenue & Broad Avenue restaurants and shopping. This apartment has just been recently renovated with all new paint, some new flooring and windows, and newer kitchen cabinets and counter top. This apartment has lots of closet space, newer appliances (stove, refrigerator), a whole house A/C unit, ceiling fan in the bedroom, and kitchen garbage disposal. Electric and wifi are paid by tenant; water and trash removal are paid by the owners. All leases are month-to-month. Parking is by permit only directly in front of your entry door. No washer / dryer hook-ups or laundry services on site. We do not allow pets at this property, and smokers will not be approved. We do not accept third-party or subsidy payments of any kind (ie Metro, Section 8, CAC, Hope House, etc) for deposit or rent payments, and require all applicants to have current, verifiable income of at least 3 times the rental amount ($1845 after taxes/month). We also require a 12-month professional rental history and a minimum credit score of 550 for each adult. The application process ($50 for 1 person, $80 for 2) includes identity verification, criminal background check, and credit check. Security deposit ($615) due at lease signing; first month's pro-rated rent due on move-in day. Applications are not offered until we have met someone in person and shown them the property.     "The Monroe Ave. area has a lot of crime. it is not safe and the cops are always in the neighborhood. there's also a trailer park at the end of Monroe that has a ton of overdoses. i wish i would've done more research on this neighborhood before moving me and my kids to this street. "

I have learned that most of the older crowd that live in this neighborhood care more about how our street looks and they tend to keep our community nice and neat. While the other renters younger crowd tend to try and ruin and mess up our neighborhood. they tend to get the cops called on them more. so we stick to ourselves usually. its not that bad of a community though. "
