The care and maintenance of the yard and surroundings are part of our HOA fee, so you get to enjoy a beautiful community, Club house (which can be rented for activities), pool and a safe, family-oriented neighborhood.
This is a quiet community, close to everything, from Restaurants, to shopping centers and just 10-minute drive to the HWY. Largo is a small town between St. Petersburg and Clearwater...15 minutes from Clearwater and Indian Rocks Beach.
HOA does not allow more than 1 Dog of 30 lb or less, and 2 cats are OK. There is a none refundable Pet Fee and a Pet Fee agreement in addition to the Lease.
Property is currently occupied, but current tenants are open to show it with scheduled appointment. Property will be vacated by 10/31/25 and ready for move in by November 3, 2025.

Monthly payment is due on the 1st of the month. First month will be prorated based on moving date. Late fee of monthly payments will be considered late after the 5th of the month.
No smoking allowed, inside the townhome. None refundable pet fee ($250 per pet) and Pet agreement will be processed separately from Lease agreement. None refundable $100 Application Fee due to HOA and Board members interview required before move in; Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Moving fees: First Month & Deposit (all of equal monthly payment value).

Dog park is about 12 minutes, 102nd street can be slow at times. Marina is less than 5 minutes away, only delays are when Anona Elementary on Indian Rocks Road is beginning or ending their day"
