"Everyone minds their own business while still being friendly. Great equestrian community. One of few areas in Florida where you can have land. "

"Privacy, trees, horses. A country setting in the middle of everything - shopping, dining, entertainment."
  • bubbachip7
"Lived nearby for over 20 years - Great place to raise you children or just be away from the hubbub - but still just 10 mins from the Fp;a Turnike"
  • avantisteve
"We have lived here 13 years. The Town of Loxahatchee Groves is a Palm Beach County Rural Community right across Southern Blvd from Wellington. Most properties are 5 acres or more, with a few streets of smaller lots. Area is zoned Ag-Residential, lots of nurseries and horse properties, with a great network of canal-side riding trails. Loxahatchee Groves Elementary is a high-performing school. Local government is very efficient and cost-aware. Taxes have been stable since the town was founded more than 5 years ago. Residents treasure the quiet and privacy of the area, yet all homes are just minutes from plenty of shopping. A truly wonderful place to live. "
