Required to move in: proof income, background check, and renters insurance.

Couples will charge $100 extra deposit and $100 extra rent. Utilities are included.

And no, we don't want to smell what your dog has been cooking. Exercise your dog to your heart's content but turning a street into a dog toilet is not cool. Be kind, don't empty your dog's behind. "
