-Security Deposit: $500 refundable deposit due at signing.
-Lease Terms: Month-to-Month with a 30-day written notice required prior to move-out.
-2 story shared house: Room is on the second floor
-Parking Add-On: +$50/month for dedicated off-street driveway parking (includes paver walkway access).

-Background & Credit Screening: Mandatory for all applicants. To ensure a safe, secure, and respectful household environment, all prospective tenants must complete a comprehensive background check (criminal history, eviction history, and identity verification) and soft credit check prior to lease approval.

-Public Transit (RTD): Easy access to RTD local bus lines ($2.75 3-hour pass / $5.50 day pass) and the A-Line Train to DEN ($10 airport pass).
-Airport Rides: Located ~15 minutes from Denver International Airport (DEN). Subject to host work schedules, direct airport drop-offs/pick-ups are available upon request for $15 $20 per trip!

-Rec Center Perk: Guests staying 3+ months receive complimentary access to the nearby Reunion Recreation Center under our resident account.

Ideal Household Fit:
-Looking for a late worker or late riser who appreciates a quiet daytime environment. As this is a shared home with current female occupants, a female roommate is preferred.

    "As a native I love the Colorado weather one side of the street snowing and the other sunny. You can count on every night theirs a sunset, spectacular! I like taking it in, right by the great Mile High flea market, looking west off of the overpass of 76 th, the romance of the sun setting here never gets old. neighborhood at its core feels like family, because it is. At the same time their are quiet and clear understanding of,”ask first and just be frank”, then go lay down, at each mans home as his or her castle. Treat things as such, and much can be given and forgiven. When it comes to having a places to go, things to do, close to the commons of Commerce city, is Northfield, with its movies eats and out door shopping, a coffeehouse where you take a painting class, Dave’s barbecue and I hop pancakes, some of my fav’s, but this whole area and the Quebec striped is always a way to go! From 58th and in every direction Commerce to Denver, Capital Hill to the Rockies pitching, and West, nothing but Rockies , Mountain! Coming from, a natural cowboy, Colorado creative, moon gazer, Peace!"
