Washer and dryer hook ups in the sun room.
Dual pane windows keep it quiet and cozy.
This house has lots of extra storage space and is bright and cheery.
There is a 220 volt outlet in garage (was used to power a large kiln.)
Stove included. You will provide your own fridge.
Backyard has a greenhouse, patios and walkways, and fruit trees. We prefer a family that loves to garden, but if you don't care for gardening we can landscape with low maintenance plants for you.
All interior doors, closet doors and most flooring has just been replaced. A new electric garage door is getting installed. New paint, interior and exterior.

Utilities are not included, but you will get a discounted electric rate.
