"Halloween streets are blocked so children can trick or treat the sidewalks are maintained and it's a safe neighborhood to live in the cable and wifi sucks in the neighborhood but that's the cable company"

"This is a very friendly and quiet neighborhood. The long cul-de-sac provides for safe walking and riding of bikes. The mountains and sunset views are spectacular in this serene area surrounded by open land."
