The outdoor living space is resort style lighting, with 4 lounge chairs, 6 adirondack chairs with a fire pit and a large table that seats 12. The house is located on Conroe Bay with access to Lake Conroe about 6 house down on our cove, where there is some of the most desirable wakeboard and wakesurf bay on the lake.

6-10 month Lease.
Some utilities not included and are approximately 300 month for Electric, WIFI/streaming. We pay water and trash. No street parking, but there is a large driveway for 4-5 cars.
No sublets and Maximum occupancy is 8.

The subdivision offers: a private marina with boat slips, private park, community building and pool, and tennis & basketball courts. The subdivision is well established with various types of construction, and the grounds are very well maintained. There are deed restrictions, but they do allow residents to park their recreational vehicles and boats in front of their homes. The subdivision is accessible to I-45, but not right along the interstate. Point Aquarius is a nestled community, but is serviced by the restaurants and stores in Willis, TX. "
