  • Trulia User
"Great neighborhood, easy access to DC. Safe, clean, and friendly. Nice parks, walking and bike friendly. Restaurants, schools, and shopping nearby."
  • Kmfurr
"Nice area to walk to restaurants, metro and more! Nice place for families and young professionals!!!"
  • Inna
"Ballston is a very lively place to be. Parks, good schools, large number of new restaurants opening up right now, but also pretty chaotic because the area is growing so much (my apartment building has been undergoing loud renovations since I moved in four years ago). I love being by the metro, living blocks from the library and parks, and generally having access to excellent community amenities. Lots of young people and young families"
  • MRJ
"The area is extremely quiet, but some restaurants have opened up recently which has improved the atmosphere."
  • Mike A.
"Plenty of streets to walk a dog. Dog park not too far away. However main roads have very heavy traffic. "
  • Erik D.
