4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIt's an incredibly, frustrating school to have your kids attend. Only tests count towards grades. You can turn in every assignment, and still fail, or turn in nothing and still get an A. I even specifically asked the the math teacher. "So my child can literally never show up for class, never turn in a single assignment, never do the homework, get an A on the test and get an A in your class?" She answered yes. Leadership just doesn't care. They will ghost you. Incredibly unprofessional, and only care about the fundraising. They give a huge speech about caring for their students. They don't. A kid (8th grader) literally flipped over a table because he was told he couldn't go outside on a nice day, and then got to go outside after the outburst. They banned water bottles because they couldn't control the kids from spilling the water everywhere. My child had only 3 decent teachers and 2 are leaving at the end of the school year. While terrible teachers stay for decades. A science teacher literally just hand kids assignments sheets and tells them to watch video links. No actual instruction occurs. Spoke with the speech therapist onsite about assessing my daughter, that never happened. I have nothing positive about this school, and cannot wait till she's done with it.Parent Review11mo ago - Bartlett High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI moved to Bartlett because the school rating was good during the time. The school itself is an average high school with good diversity and a decent atmosphere. To keep it short, I'll just write a short list of pros, cons, and extra details from my perspective.PROS: - nice, accepting environment to make friends- a handful of sweet teachers- diversity within the student body- teachers will typically help students out and put in effort CONS:- bathrooms and locker rooms are horribly managed, especially for the boys- a handful of short-tempered teachers- can become a negative environment depending on friend groups- teachers typically are more lenient with the athletes of the school - word spreads fast- not the best college prep- school fights happened 1-5 times a monthOTHER: It truly is a regular high school and you can't expect the perfect high school experience. Bartlett was considered a better high school than the one I was intended to be at, so I can't complain too much. If you know someone who is attending this school, it definitely is not something to worry about. Have fun here and attend all the school events you can! I wish I did more school activites, so try your hardest to get involved in even the smallest clubs.Other Review10mo ago - Centennial School

Principal Rabe has everyone rowing in the same direction and is focused on the development of students, staff, and programs to make Centennial a great place to learn and grow.Parent Review4y ago - Check out schools near 130 Wallace St.
