Room Description

Private room with a ceiling fan and built in shelves. We have central heat and air. Your bedroom window looks out to the front yard and street. Private bath, private fridge, and designated kitchen cabinets for storage. Washer and dryer in the garage and off street parking available. You'll be sharing a 3 bed 2 bath single story house with a mature female and a sweet cat. Must like animals. Male preferred. Non smoker non drinker ideal. Must have good morals and values and be kind. Please be clean, mellow, quiet, and respectful of others and the home. Traveling nurses and the like are welcome. Month to month to start with. You are welcome to have guests over if you know them well, however, they cannot stay at the home when you are gone. Overnight guests are negotiable.

No smoking anywhere on the property. Month to month rental at first to determine compatibility. Renter is responsible for cleaning their own space and areas they use. Lots of street parking. Off street parking negotiable.
