Washer, dryer, 3 season porch, 2 additional porches with beautiful mountain views, fenced backyard.
Pet friendly upon approval and non-refundable $250 pet deposit. Absolutely no outside roaming cats or permanently kenneled or chained dogs.
Tenant is responsible for their own trash removal.
Lawn maintenance is tenant responsibility.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
Minimum 6 month lease. Must be ok with background check. Current references and proof of income are required.
1st month and 1 month deposit required to move in, plus pet deposit if applicable.
There is one other tenant on the property who enjoys quiet mountain living. We are not open to wild parties or comings and goings at all hours.

There is very little to do in Franklin for the 18 - 45 year old age range, unless you like to hike. Easy trip to make a Asheville though for fun. "

    "You would need to have your own vehicle or use Macon Transit to get around town. If you live in the boonies, you will def need a vehicle in order to get around town. If you live in the heart of town, you can walk to different destinations."
