This unit has covered parking spaces. It also has a large private backyard. There is a school bus stop in front of the property on 5th St. It is within walking distance of many stores on Yosemite Ave.

Owner pays normal water usage for a 1 bedroom unit and weekly garbage pickup. Unit has its own large fenced back yard. The entrance to this unit is from 5th St. ( not from High St.)

 Utilities are shared with the front unit and since this unit does not have it's own electrical breaker box, monthly utility costs must be agreed upon and paid to the tenant in the "A" unit each month.

The unit is in a very desirable neighborhood accross from the John Wells Youth Center and within walking distance to stores on Yosemite. There is also a bus stop in front of the property on 5th St. Owner requires a one year lease from the tenant.
